Who knew that the Center for Internet Security (CIS) was the (only) consortium who built the only protections we have for our entire digital infrastructure?

Who knew it was another Globalist project?

From 2014:
"CIS is a not-for-profit organization comprised of more than 180 members from 17 countries. Its diverse membership includes many large companies, such as VISA, Intel, Chevron and First Union; government agencies, such as the US Department of Justice, the US Treasury, Infocom Development Authority of *Singapore* and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; educational institutions, such as Stanford, Dartmouth, Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden and Monash University in Australia; as well as consulting organizations, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu."

Not only did Suresh depart the NSF as Director, but NSF Assistant Director Jeanette Wing left her post to return to her longtime post at Carnegie Mellon University to lead its Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

Carnegie Mellon was also offering dual degrees with a university acknowledged by the FBI to serve as a talent and intellectual property pipeline to and from Mainland China and the PLA. https://t.co/S76TQgMKK0

This may not be concerning except for that in between her positions at Carnegie Mellon and Columbia University, Wing also served as Associate VP of Microsoft Research Asia.

She is the PROOF that there are no lines between Microsoft Research entities, providing a global pipeline of researchers and intellectual property.

She is also further PROOF that MSR Asia and MSR Silicon Valley LABS operated as a unit during her time there, between 2013-2017.

This is still about the EINSTEIN system, bear with me...

In 2015, Tsinghua and Washington (state) universities launched their joint-research center called GIX.

Here is a brief video overview of the project. https://t.co/b89Onhcqwb

Since deploying Albert sensors nationwide in 2015, CIS remains the cybersecurity authority for DHS.

CIS is a nonprofit organization also dependent on outside donations. It is an openly international consortium.

US-CERT is one of these partners.

Remember that Microsoft had a partnership with Tsinghua University and with the NSF and Carnegie Mellon University, who also have overseen America's cybersecurity directly for twenty years.

Nevermind the fact the the GAO itself determined in 2016 that the new Albert monitoring systems was hardly effective in detecting certain types of threats, and in other cases, couldn't detect threats at all.

Separate from this everything highlighted in this thread about the people steering these programs.

BLAH WORD VOMIT HERE

I DIDN'T INTEND FOR THIS TO BE A BIG THREAD LIKE THIS AND WAS GOING TO PLUG THINGS INTO A REAL ONE LATER

US-CERT is a partner of DHS, but which also means is tightly intertwined with the DHS cyber-monster that includes CISA and others like Elections Infrastructure Information Sharing & Analysis Center, or EI-ISAC, and other nonprofits and NGOs like CIS.
