Where there is corruption, there is a Confucius Institute.
In 2018, New Orleans Mayor-elect Latoya Cantrell, who was indicted today, met at Xavier University with the US-China Strong Foundation and others, hosted by the Xavier Confucius Institute to provide scholarships to students traveling to China.
As is well-known now, Confucius Institutes and academic exchanges are the primary conduit for US-China espionage and intellectual property "theft."

This center also connects it directly to the same Committee of 100 orbit of influence that I have covered at length.

According to 2018 IRS filings, US-China Strong Foundation donated $30,000 to the Americans Promoting Study Abroad, another nonprofit, and continued their relationship through at least 2019.

There were no tax documents for Americans Promoting Study Abroad after 2016.

This is all during the time that Mayor Cantrell was in office.

Hunter Biden was engaged in business with the Chinese "spy" Ye Jianming, but also Patrick Ho, who was arrested in 2018 on tax charges.
This thread led with an NBC article about Hunter's meeting in New Orleans. Cantrell has been under investigation for years, after Patrick Ho and Ye Jianming's arrests and Hunter Biden's laptop was discovered.
Ye Jianming has not been heard from in the States or in China since that time.
