1/ Introduction
This is a glimpse of an unfortunately realistic picture that clearly indicates those who carry the burden of direct responsibility for the attempted assassination of a former and future U.S. President.
I firmly believe the only explanation is an intentional lapse in security, like the one on full display for the world on October 7, 2023 along the border of Gaza and Israel.
This is a detailed thread of how those who wrote security policy willfully chose to ignore it, and have subsequently and consistently misled others tasked with the responsibility of securing the premises that fateful day.

3/ National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA)
The NTOA touts a GLOBAL footprint of nearly 20,000 agencies, including those based in Hong Kong, Japan, India, Afghanistan, Kuwait, UAE, Europe and many, many other nations and regions.
Pertinent to today's focus, other officers who joined the NTOA's 2023 Standard Review Committee included the President of the American Sniper Association and a Corporal of the Pennsylvania State Police, Matthew Falcone.
All three members of the Beaver County ESU - Patrick Young, Michel Vasiladiotis-Nicol and her husband, Gregory Nicol, were at the scene of the shooting at the Butler rally on July 13th, and were subsequently interviewed by ABC just last week.
The SWAT Team leader at the Butler rally was Jason Woods, but the ESU TEAM leader was Patrick Young - member of the NTOA and its Standards Review Committee.
This brings us to Officer Gregory Nicols, who in 2013 was positioned to become the K-9 officer for the borough of Monaca, PA.

4/ Common Thread in K-9s
The Pittsburgh, PA area is inundated with departments and K-9 units. The focus here will be Beaver County, Monaca, and Butler PD.
Beaver County Sheriff's Department (Pat Young's employer) had to step in in 2020 to stop deputies from using the Beaver County Courthouse address on their business filing for the K-9 program after soliciting public donations on Facebook.

Butler Police Department was presented a contribution in 2022 for their K-9 Unit from Berkshire Hathaway wealth managers.

Another quite interesting connection to the NTOA is the "Public Order Section Chair," Spencer Fomby, an Austin, Texas law enforcement veteran of 20 years in the Bay Area of California.

Fomby has extensive experience in riot control and public safety, overseeing major kerfuffles including but not limited to the Occupy Berkeley, BLM, Trump, and George Floyd protests between 2009 and today.
Fomby is with the Law Enforcement Tactical Consultants (LETC), who are partnered with the National Institutes of Justice (DOJ research institute), the Department of Homeland Security, and the NTOA.

Suffice it to say, if any group has a finger on the pulse of proper procedure, tactics, and best practices, it would certainly be none other than the very group linked directly to DOJ, FBI, DHS, Secret Service, and the rest of the intelligence community...

If ANYONE had ANY knowledge of security vulnerabilities and how to circumvent detection practices, it would be the very people who WROTE THEM.

As has been documented at length already, Blackrock-controlled Indicor bought out the company known as American Glass Research, or AGR.
AGR, *International* was the building from which Crooks took aim at President Trump, and is owned and operated by its parent corporation, the (Blackrock/) Indicor-owned AGR.
AGR boasts locations everywhere from Europe, the Pacific, Africa, and...

The Washington Post just yesterday published a story titled, "‘We lost sight of him’: Radio traffic shows failed search for Trump rally shooter" in which the writers analyze the radio chatter from that day.
Text messages have been released in prior days that gave the public a look into what was going on within the Beaver County ESU Counter-Sniper Team.

At 4:30, the now-infamous @realDJStew left work at Sheetz gas station, just a few thousand feet away, at approximately the same time that an officer was having to leave his post early.
Crooks was drawing attention with his rangefinder at 5:38, which also conveniently coincided with other videos now released by @realDJStew.
At 5:42, radio traffic indicated the team lost sight of Crooks, per WaPo, apparently called in by Greg Nicol.[https://t.co/vRrVDfhpGO]
At 6:02 - nine minutes before the shooting, Crooks was spotted in what I call the "back courtyard" of the AGR *International* building.
According to the Post, Nicol spotted Crooks wearing a backpack on the opposite side of the building from his station on the rally-facing side of the AGR *International* building.
Greg Nicol - for WHATEVER reason - relayed the message that Crooks was outbound to Sheetz and that he had lost sight of Crooks from his second story perch - a difficult sell given the layout of the property.
And that's where I believe everything went off the rails - completely, and BY DESIGN...
