The break in communication repeatedly comes into play with the local CS team who had a visual on Crooks.
THAT TEAM is the SAME TEAM who ABANDONED their post at the perfect time...

If he knew there was something cooking...

If the cops knew to come back there...
If he opted to record audio instead of a video...
If the FBI already has this, either way bc this isn't the original - either replaced or it's leaked...
Even if he's not already in custody, why is the FBI NOT keeping him in custody or even questioning him after having clear foreknowledge and not alerting anyone?
