I think I have to do this thread now instead of the one I wanted to because mf'er it's hilarious to consider what I think I might be looking at:
I think they created a system for their balloons (which had previously just loitered over the Pacific in random places) that had an emission-less motor, soft-start devices, heat radiators, high-output power generation, and also had tech onboard to retrieve info, and has long possessed (20 yrs) the tech for "side-door" into computer systems.
It's just too weird to see all this random tech under one "roof"...
