I don't have any copies of signed agreements between companies to share their data, but these companies share their data to this analytics lab.
This lab analyzes it for all kinds of stuff, and pulls in data from all across everything through 3rd parties to research it.
That's the point of all these "intelligent" analytics labs - using artificial intelligence to smash all this data down and make judgments and determinations that humans can't typically make in a lifetime or two.
So then add that into elections, and add that into things like Catalist, who use algorithms to synthesize data that isn't there, but "probably would be", which then feeds back as a new dataset into the next round of analytics.
This creates a parabolic - or exponential - increase in the amount of influence artificial intelligence plays into the source data from which artificial intelligence does...everything.
There's more good stuff to the story - Chinese Academy of Sciences have some easy in's to those labs.

Additionally, I don't think I have it in me to devote the attention to breaking down how the data is collected and aggregated and shared amongst themselves for various stuff. It's like the Sun. It just does.
